I grew up in a home with tarot as a mainstay. My mother found psychic endeavors in her early 30’s, and through trial and error, stumbled across Carl Jung's work and became extremely passionate about the  collective unconscious. She would often talk about her research and how she used it in her readings, of course being a typical man, I shunned these ideas preferring working on my cars, playing sports and hanging out with my friends. Her wish for me to harness psychic energy fell on deaf ears.

My working career fell into mental health, this was through chance, training in Karate with a nurse who thought I had the personality and discipline to help others. 20 years later, I have learned a great deal about the personality development, I have a love of schemata and the process of development, and re developing these Neuro patterns.

Skip forward 40 years, and I found myself fighting advanced bowel cancer. After my fight with this which I am now clear of, my mother died shortly after getting the all clear. I had lost my physical abilities, meaning sports and heavy lifting where no longer something I could use to distract my brain. As a tribute to her, I decided to endeavor in some skill building, and borrowed a deck of tarot cards and started to dabble.

During my introduction I started to learn more about Carl Jung. I have developed a profound liking to his theories, and as such have adopted them. I have developed this site for likeminded people to come together and share.
